Rites Held Wednesday For Pamela Larson, 19
Miss Pamela Jane Larson, 19, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Larson, died at the West Point hospital Sunday, Sept. 29. She had been ill since March 1968. Pamela was born March 18, 1949. She attended grade school at Dist. 35 and graduated from Scribner High School in 1967. While in high school she was a cheerleader all 4 years, was a member of the band and small instrumental groups, and vocal groups. She was vice president of her Junior class. She attended the university of Nebraska and was employed by the Woodmen Accident and Life in Lincoln. Miss Larson was baptized, confirmed and was a member of the United Lutheran Church of Scribner.
She is survived by her parents; one sister, Mrs. Ronald (Diane) Weitzenkamp; one brother, Deane Larson; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schelenberg. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the United Lutheran Church with Rev. Frederick Jullfs officiating.
Burial was in the Scribner Cemetery with Spear Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Mr. Orville Von Seggern sang and Mrs. John Lamberty was organist. Pallbearers were David Dostal, Leland Thomas, Lyle Muller, Larry Moeller, Sam Rexin and Kenneth Zrust. Honorary pallbearers were Patty Wolsleger, Susan Robart, Jean Kelly, Beverly Mauch, Linda Gerths, and Mary Boschult.
