Beacon - Theresa Bell, a lifelong Beacon resident, passed away at Rennaisance Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center, Staatsburg on September 20, 2015.
Theresa was born in Beacon on August 3, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Mary Hupcey Kochay. Theresa married Charles Bell who predeceased her in 2007. She retired from Bobrich in Beacon.
Theresa is survived by her son, Donald C. Bell of Beacon; her grandchildren, Darryl C. Bell, Elizabeth Bell-Gardianos and Kathryn P. Bell; her great grandchildren, Liberty Bell, Landon Bell, Parker Bell, Benji Bell and Janessa Bell; her sister, Helena Timmins; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, Theresa was predeceased by her sister, Margaret Yanarella.
The family will receive their friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Halvey Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Willow Street, Beacon.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joachim Cemetery, Beacon.
