Her maiden name Briggs is verified by the recorded 1892 Maine death certificate of son Andrew P. Robinson. She may be the dau. of Jotham Briggs, Jr. and his wife Mehitable, b. of record Sept. 22, 1790 at Turner, ME.
In June 1860 Abigail was living with her husband at the home of their widowed daughter Mary (Robinson) Ellsworth at Mackford, Green Lake County, Wisconsin, but when Abigail died has not been found. Her husband has a standing gravestone at Mackford Union Cemetery, Green Lake County, Wisconsin and it is assumed she is interred with her husband, but no extant gravestone has been identified for her.
