Joshua A. Vaughan, 26, of Ankeny passed away unexpectedly December 5, 2015.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m., December 10, 2015 at Elkhart Christian Church. A visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 9th, at Memorial Services of Iowa (4208 N. Ankeny Blvd).

Josh was born July 4, 1989 in Des Moines, and graduated from Ankeny High School in 2007.

He worked at Buffalo Wild Wings, and enjoyed playing X-Box, sport shooting, and fishing.

Josh is survived by his mother, Lori Ayala (Steve Kelling), his father Paul (Lea Ann) Vaughan, a brother John Vaughan, a sister Marie Ayala, brother Nichales Ayala, his grandmother, Jan Frederick, and an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Margaret and Red Frederick; grandparents, Bob Frederick, and Leonard and Emmagene Vaughan, and an uncle, John Vaughan.

Josh will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
