Graveside Services & Interment for Patsy Diane Proffitt Hawkins will be conducted Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at 3 p.m. from the Gamaliel Cemetery in Gamaliel, KY with Shane Smith officiating.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Survivors include: Son & daughter-in-law, Nicky “Deno” & Felicia Hale of Hermitage Springs; daughter, Shelia Hale, Springfield, MO; devoted companion, Arvine Keen, Adolphus, KY; grandchildren, Brook & Isabella Hale, Dusty & Dillan Birdwell and Hanna Hale; great-granddaughter, Willow Birdwell.
