She was born on July 28, 1957 in Independence, Missouri to the late Glenn and Lois (Bigler) Johnson.

She was a homemaker and attended Christ United Methodist Church.
Marsha is survived by her daughter Desiree (Anthony) Duncan of Cambridge, a son David K. (Stephanie) Taylor II of Zanesville, 5 grandchildren Nazara, Ari, Elya, Joses and Petra Taylor, a sister Florence "JoJo" Johnson of Cambridge, a mother-in-law Virginia Taylor and special friend Amy Springer and family.
