Pamela K. Swann, 55, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away November 29, 2015 in Okinawa, Japan.
She was born August 8, 1960 to Keith and Marietta Henry in Springfield, IL. Pam was a member of Koza Baptist Church, Okinawa International Women’s Club and Kadena Officer’s Spouses Club. Pam was a longtime volunteer at Kadena Gift Corner. She was a very crafty person who enjoyed making custom cards and Japanese dolls. Pam was the youngest of 4 children. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Christopher L. Swann; daughter, Kara A. Phillips (Adam), of OKC; son, Michael L. Swann (Amanda), of OKC; 4 grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Aiden, & Ashlyn; 3 sisters, Carol A. Summers (Pete) of Springfield, IL, Barbara J. Dunkel (Bill), of Pleasant Plains, IL, & Lorraine L. Nation and husband, Tom, of Converse, TX; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Marietta Henry.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Faith Crossing Baptist Church, Oklahoma City, OK.
Services are under the direction of John M. Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel, Moore, OK.
