Tina Marie Snyder, 54, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Sunday, Dec. 6, 2015, at the Ravenwood Lutheran Village.
Born Wednesday, April 26, 1961, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Thomas H."Hardie" Snyder and the late Glennie M. (Wiley) Snyder.
She attended Kemp Horn Vocational Center, and was employed at the Center Street Market. Tina was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, where she helped with Bible School, St. John's Lutheran Church Hand Bell Choir in Mercersburg, PA, and the Broad Acres Homemakers Club and bowling league.
She is survived by her two sisters, Marilyn C. Whittington and husband, Robert, and Kathy A. King, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Ronald L. Snyder and wife, Nancy, of Mercersburg, PA, and Donald H. Snyder and wife, Audrey, of Reading, PA; numerous nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Kenneth King.
Services will be held Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at 10 a.m. at the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, 11367 Big Pool Road, Big Pool, MD, with the Rev. Grant Spong officiating.
Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home 1331 Eastern Blvd. North, Hagerstown, MD, on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Interment will be at the Shanktown Cemetery, Big Pool, MD.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, 11367 Big Pool Road, Big Pool, MD 21711.
