Sunday morning's deadly duplex fire in Jackson Ward has claimed a fourth life - the 22-year-old mother of one of the three young girls who perished.
Teann Love Mills, 22, died at 9:50 p.m. Sunday in Medical College of Virginia Hospitals' burn unit, an MCV spokeswoman said. She had been badly burned, said her sister, Stanisha Mills.
The other dead are Teann Mills' 6-year-old daughter, Folayan Mills Langston, Mills' 4-year-old niece Michelle Bracey, and 6-year-old Tieraney Jones....
