Arthur "Ott" Leroy Thompson, 87, of Mooresville, was a son of the late Edward Faith and Edith Wilson Thompson. Mr. Thompson was a US Army veteran and member of Broad Street United Methodist Church, Mooresville. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Rollen, Rufus, Lathan and Gene Thompson and sisters, Alta T. Alawine, Mamie T. Deaton, Pauline T. Harwell and Carol Sherrill. Mr. Thompson is survived by his former wife, Ruby Thomson Isehower; partner, Betty Neal; daughter, Susan Thompson Grant; brother, Allan "Buck" Thompson; and grandchildren, Thomas Edwards, Logan Edwards and Lacey Grant.
