FALMOUTH - Margaretann W. Anderson died peacefully on December 3, 2015.
Born on June 10, 1937, she was the only child of Roger and Emma (Mailly) Williams of Falmouth, and a 1956 graduate of Falmouth High School.
She enjoyed her employment as cashier for 11 years at L.L. Bean Canteen Services, Portland.
She loved bowling, bingo, and camping with family and friends.
She is survived by her children, William, Roger, Emmy-Lou, John, and Philip Anderson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson; and predeceased by her eldest child, Andrea Abbie Campbell, great-granddaughter Jessica Lynn Abbott, life partner Ronald T. Kennedy, and her best friend Pumpkin.
There will be only a graveside service on Tuesday, December 8, at 10am, at Pine Grove Cemetery, Foreside Road, Falmouth.
Prior to the service, a small gathering for family and friends with coffee and danish will be hosted at Margaretann's home on 78 Depot Road, Falmouth, from 8:30-9:30am.
