Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, at the Hosselton, Bookhout, Engelmeier Funeral Home, Clay City. Burial will be in the Kneff Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Mrs. BENSKIN was born on April 13, 1903, in Wayne County, the daughter of Lafayette and Nancy (KAUBLE) GILL. She married Orville BENSKIN in 1927. He died in 1983. She was a member of the Bethel Methodist Church, the Garden Club and Community Club.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Joyce SCAMMAHORN, and Mrs. Marjorie MURBARGER, both of Clay City; four sisters, Mrs. Pearl GIBBS and Mrs. Clara Etta MIX, both of Clay City, Sylvia BRAINARD of Flora, and Vernetta MITCHELL of Cisne; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister and two brothers.
