Funeral Services for Tommy Lee Rose, age 64 of Picayune, MS, who passed away Friday, December 4, 2015, will be held Sunday, December 6, 2015, at 4:00 pm at New Palestine Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 2:30 pm until 4:00 pm, with services at 4:00 pm at New Palestine Baptist Church.

Burial will be in New Palestine Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.

Rev. Josh Braddy will officiate the service.

A native of Picayune, MS, he retired from Lockeed Martin. Tommy was a member of New Palestine Baptist Church. He was an outdoorsman with a love for home, heritage, and family. Tommy loved to garden and play with his grandchildren. He was very patriotic, believed strongly in God and his country. Tommy was proud to have served the State of Mississippi with the National Guard for 9 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Jean Walker Rose.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Cindy McCraney Rose; his father, Leon Joseph Rose; his son, Adam (Shemuel) McCraney; his 3 grandchildren, Casey Tynes, Devin Lynn, and Brody Lee McCraney; and his brothers, Bobby Joe (Dianne) Rose, and Billy Wayne Rose.
