Cheryl C. Connelly, 50, formerly of Williamstown, W.Va., died December 1, 2015, at her residence in Salem, W.Va.
She was born January 23, 1965, a daughter of Lois Curry of Vincent, Ohio and the late Ronald E. Curry.
She was a music teacher at Williamstown High School having received her BA in Teaching and a Master's degree in Special Education. She was a member of the Parkersburg Area Grotto and the North Parkersburg Baptist Church, where she served as a music director, the director of the Praise and Worship Band and also was a member of the Sycamore Creek Band. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and mentor.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Robert C. Connelly; two sons, Terrin Nestor of Williamstown and Chase (Hannah Marie) Nestor of Williamstown; one grandson, Matthew Christopher Nestor; two brothers, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Curry of Frisco, Texas and Dana Curry of Johnstown, Pa.; one sister, Jill (Todd) Toth of Johnstown, Pa.
Services will be noon Tuesday, at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre, with Reverend Mike Towner officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
