Flora Belle Agnew Miller of Oklahoma City passed away on December 2, 2015 in her daughter's home in Midwest City, Oklahoma, at 91 years of age. She was born in Seminole, Oklahoma on June 19, 1924 to Andrew James and Mary Evaliner Agnew. She was loved by many in social circles in OKC. She played piano and had an angelic voice; and by the age of 12 was singing with a trio on a local radio station. She taught herself piano and was playing for Church services and continued to play for weddings, funerals, churches and nursing homes. She was a member of several music clubs. A gracious lady, she maintained a beautiful home and welcomed all within, remembered for decorating her home for all Holidays and flying the Flag for all Flag Days. She was a member of the Salvation Army Auxiliary and volunteered at Veterans Hospitals playing piano for worship services for over 15 years. She was recognized for her work many times; including Volunteer of the Year in the Tristate Area, President's Award and a Medal from President Bush for her volunteerism. In earlier years she worked with her husband George in founding Bell & Sons Beauty Supply.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Dennis Earl Agnew, Walter Ray Agnew and James Hubert Red Agnew and sister Myrtle Bernice Henley Maulden; her husband of 48 years, George Mack Bell, her second husband Kenneth Miller of three years and grandson Steven Manney. She is survived by her children Karen Sue White and husband Jack White, Gary Lynn Bell and wife Brenda, George Alan Bell and stepdaughter Denise Hay. She is also survived by her grandchildren Daniel Manney, Jeremiah Manney, Marnie Bell-Ferguson, Justin Bell, MacKenzie Bell, Meranda Bell and Sonya Manney. She also had nine great-grandchildren. Granddaughter Marnie wrote, "I am so lucky I got to say goodbye to her this summer. She told me she dreamed of being a star when she was young. She was a star to me then and now. R.I.P, Nana."

A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2015 at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper with Graveside Services following at 2:00 p.m. in Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma; Kenneth McGee, Associate Pastor of The Bridge A.O.G., Mustang, officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper. The family would like to thank Good Shepherd Hospice for their care.
