Carolyn Reeves, 76 formerly of Western Grove, Arkansas passed away December 3, 2015 at Conway Regional Medical Center.
The daughter of Elvin and Nettie (Conley) Barton was born November 4, 1939 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma.
Carolyn attended Batavia Assembly of God and lived and taught in this area for many years. She had a Master's in Education from Arkansas Tech University and taught school over 45 years at Snow Ball and Western Grove, where she taught 4th grade and retired around 2003. She loved animals and her dog Sugar.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Joseph Adams.
She is survived by her sons, Mark Reeves and wife Kim of Conway, AR, Jim Reeves and wife Donna of Marshall, AR; and her daughter, Becky Adams of Fayetteville, AR; 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and her close relatives, Billie Yancey, Madge Fowler and Lorraine Endicott.
Services will be Monday December 7, 2015 at 1:00PM at Evangel Assembly of God Church in Western Grove with Tollie Sutterfield officiating.
Pallbearers are Dustin, Chris, Shea and Trenton Reeves, Aiden and Caelan Adams, Tracce Grinder, Stan and Denton Yancey and Gabe and Rodney Fowler.
Visitation will be from 11am to 1pm at the church prior to the service. Burial will be at Western Grove Cemetery.
