John McKenzie Delany, of 1635 14th Ave. W., died Tuesday in General Hospital.

He was a native of French River, PEI, and came to Calgary in 1910 and had resided here since. Prior to 1935 he worked for the John Deere Plow Co. for many years. In 1935 he purchased Creamery Dairy Supplies in partnership with Max Bruner.

He was a member of the North West Travellers Association and the Associated Canadian Travellers.

Surviving are his wife, Ida, Calgary.

Funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday at Leyden's funeral home with Archdeacon E.H. Maddocks and Dr. S.J. Parsons officiating. Burial will be in Queen's Park Cemetery.
