He was born March 29, 1950, in Washington, Ind., the son of Walter Monroe and Anna Lou Doades Catt.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Betty M. Morris Catt.
Jerry enjoyed visiting with family and friends, mowing, NASCAR, camping and picking on his girls over football games. He worked on the railroad for 21 years and later for CTM for 11 years until he was forced to retire for health reasons.
