TICHNELL SERVICES--Services for R. Stanley Tichnell, University Park, Md., who died December 21 was conducted December 27 in St. Jerome's Catholic Church, Hyattsville. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Cemetery there. He is survive by his wife, Mrs. Minnie A. Tichnell, Robert S. Tichnell, at home; three brothers, Earl and O. Lee Tichnell, Cumberland and Gerald Tichnell, Atlanta, Ga., and three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Shumaker and Mrs. Atlanta Hinkle, both of Cumberland and Wretha Tichnell, Salisbury.
NOTE: Birth certificate and early documents shows his name as Rubert. Documentation from WWII and after shows his name as Robert. He went by Stanley.
