Mark was a huge animal lover and he always has a couple dogs that lived with him. He was very tenderhearted toward any animal and would stop in the middle of the road to carry a turtle to the other side so it wouldn’t get hurt. Mark spent a lot of time at Lake Overholser where he enjoyed his favorite hobby fishing. He had a few occupations including long haul truck driver, warehouse manager, construction laborer, and journeyman HVAC. Due to health problems he has been retired the last three years. Mark is survived by his mother, Cathy Davis; sister, Teresa Rucker; brother-in-law, Robert Rucker; nephew , Sean Rucker, all from El Reno, OK; step-brother, John Davis, of Manchester, NH; Aunt Jody Rushing of Lafayette, CO; niece Melissa Rucker of Kingfisher, OK ; and 15 cousins. Services to celebrate his life will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, December 9, 2015 in the chapel at Buchanan Funeral Service.
