After fighting a courageous battle with leukemia since March 2014, our Superhero, Aiden J. Henry, age 6, unexpectedly lost his battle on Tuesday night, December 1, 2015 at Massena Memorial Hospital.

Aiden was born May 31, 2009 in Massena, the son of Scott G. Jr. and Samantha Turcotte Henry. He was currently a 1st grader at Nightengale Elementary School. Aiden enjoyed playing video games, coloring, singing and dancing, doing puzzles, and Superheroes, especially the Avengers, but most of all, he just loved to make others happy and smile.

Aiden will be sadly missed by his parents, Scott and Samantha; his little sister, Brooklyn; his grandparents, Sandra Kennett of Brasher; Scott Sr. and Patty Henry of Massena; Tammy and Terry LaMay of Brasher Falls; his great grandparents, Lillian Fenn of Cornwall; William Fenn of Montreal; George Gonyou of Stockholm; and Gilbert and Mary Plourde of Brasher.

He will also be missed by his aunts and uncles, Jason Turcotte, Kayla, Ryan, Brandon, and Nicholas Fenn, Zachary, Dominick, and Xavier Kennett, Sara Henry, Terry LaMay, II, and Jenny LaMay; many great aunts and uncles including, Wayne Henry, Dan and Marcia Henry, and Lorraine and Tim Garriques.

Aiden was predeceased by his great grandparents, James Orin and Anita Henry.

Friends of our superhero are invited to wear orange as they call at the Donaldson Funeral Home, Massena on Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Don Curry, officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Area II, Massena.

Hello, you may not know me,
Or know what I can do.
My name is Super Aiden,
and I went to Super Hero school.

It was hard at first,
The bad guys were rough.
But look at this face,
I showed them who's tough.

I stomped them all down,
I beat them all away.
I showed them just how
I was going to play.

I earned my cape, graduated Super Hero school.
Now what, oh what, is a Super Hero to do?
It turns out God was watching,
He saw that I could fly.
And told me he needed a Super Hero
To watch his big wide sky.

Don't be sad about me leaving now,
You'll see me once again.
I'll be protecting the heavens above,
Because I Am Super Aiden.
