Ruby McClintock Shepard, 101, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at the Clapp's Nursing Center in Pleasant Garden. Mrs McClintock was a native of Guilford County and a member of Pleasant Union United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held, Monday, October 26, 2015 at 4pm at Gilmore Memorial Park, Julian, NC with the Rev. Danielle Hammett officiating. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Roy William Shepard; sisters, Ruth Garrett, Joy Cane, Aileen Hiatt, Roselle McClintock; and brother, Robert McClintock. Ruby is survived by several nieces and nephews.
