She was born on Aug. 6, 1921, in Geneva County, Ala., to George and Dolee Donaldson. Mrs. Collinsworth was a resident of Walton County most of her life. She was Baptist by faith and a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She worked at Henry Koebers Poultry Plant for over 17 years. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Collinsworth was predeceased by her father and mother; her husband, Enoch "Doc" Collinsworth; and one son, Bob Collinsworth.
Mrs. Collinsworth is survived by one daughter, Jessie Mae Johnson and husband Floyd of Glendale; one brother, Eskle Donaldson of Ponce de Leon, Fla.; five sisters, Lois Reeves of Enterprise, Ala., Alice Guthrie and Doris Hills of Palatka, Fla., Catherine Hinson of Ponce de Leon, and Fennie Bruce of Macon, Ga.; five grandchildren, James Collinsworth, Charlotte Day, Tabatha Collinsworth, Rocky Johnson and Telesa Raughon; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Collinsworth.
A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Park Ave., DeFuniak Springs.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home with the Revs. Uvonne Carroll and Doyle Brake officiating.
Those asked to serve as pallbearers are Dale Cook, Peter Scroll, John Peters, Ronald Edwards, William Bailey Jr. and Michael Day Jr. Honorary pallbearers are Chris Edwards and Jacob Scroll.
Floral arrangements are being accepted.
Burial will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery.
