Linda Cheryl McAlister, 61, of Monongahela, PA, formerly of Charleroi, died Friday, July 17, 2015 in the Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Pittsburgh.
She was born April 12, 1954 in Monongahela, the daughter of Bertram McAlister and Cecelia Kerfonta McAlister. Linda spent her life raising her family. She was very loving and always had a smile on her face. She was the kind of person that would do whatever she could to help you.
She was survived by two daughters, Lisa Wyandt and husband Eric of Monongahela, Dana Clutter and husband Bryan of Charleroi; seven grandchildren, Shawn, Alesandra, Jacob, Milton, Kaylee, Angel and Erica; two great grandchildren, Claira and Elijah; four step great grandchildren, Bryan Jr., Matt, Kristen and Joey; brother, Bert McAlister and wife Maggie of Charleroi; sister, Debra Jobes of Charleroi; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest William "Piccolo" Weight who died September 5, 2013; sister, Susan DeZarn; and a brother, Brian McAlister.
