FLORENCE JEANES, 93, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005, in Weatherford.
Graveside service: 3 p.m. Saturday in Fairview Cemetery, Bosque County.
Florence Jeanes was born July 25, 1912, in Jones County. She was a dearly loved homemaker for her husband, children and grandchildren. Mrs. Jeanes loved to cook, garden and sew, and made everything from upholstery to wedding dresses for her family.
She was a member of Handley Baptist Church for 45 years. She loved children and taught the 5-year-old Sunday school class at Handley Baptist Church for many years.
Survivors: Husband of 68 years, Elmer Jeanes; daughters, Nelda Sander and husband, Doug, and Donna Stockton and her husband, Mark; and grandchildren, Carmela, Dahra, Sara and Zack.
