Mine Foreman Dies Suddenly

KELLOGG, Idaho, June 17 - Forrest C. (Dick) Miles, 52, resident of Kellogg since 1925 and widely known Bunker Hill & Sullivan mine foreman, died unexpectedly at 3:30 this morning at his home here. Yesterday he had carried on his usual functions.
Mr. Miles served in the Canadian army during World War I.
Surviving are his wife, Gretchen, at the family home; a son, Richard; three daughters, Patricia in Spokane, Mrs. Bruce Hickey of Osburn and Ruby at the home in Kellogg; two brothers, Kenneth of Kellogg and Scott of Wallace; and three sisters, Mrs. Fred Kessner in Montana, Mrs. Ruby Logan in Canada and Mrs. G.A. Hasz in California.
Mr. Miles belonged to the Industrial union here.
The body is at the McGlade funeral home.
