Lynn Henry Foster, Sr., age 69, was born March 27, 1946 in El Paso, TX, the son of Henry Lynn Foster and Alma Nettie (Kelley) Foster and had been a resident of Soper since 1956 moving from El Paso, TX.
Lynn loved dogs, cats, hunting, fishing, and riding horses. He especially enjoyed Duck hunting. Lynn retired from Campbell Soup Co. in Paris, TX after 35 years and was known as "Snuffy" by his Campbell Soup friends. His favorite saying was "no comment". Lynn married Jackie Johnston on November 24, 1970 in Soper, OK. She preceded him in death on July 8, 2007. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Leslie Foster and one sister, Norma Loya.
SURVIVORS: two sons, Lynn Henry D. Foster, Jr. of Soper, OK and Scott Foster of Soper, OK; one brother, Charlie Foster I of Soper, OK; two sisters, Wanda Moore of Augusta, KS and Geraldine Ragsdale of El Paso, TX; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with many other relatives and friends.
