A.F. Hunt, While Speeding, Crashes into Trolley Pole

Alexander Franklin Hunt's name this morning was added to the already long list of victims of traffic accidents caused by trolley poles located in the center of Bladensburg Road, a much traveled thoroughfare. Hunt was operating an automobile at a high rate of speed, it is stated, when the car struck a pole in front of the place of business of the late Ernest Loeffler, a short distance beyond Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Hunt was dead when a physician from Casualty Hospital reached the scene...
