Mrs Rose C Thuss
Mrs Rose Catherine Thuss, 77, of 414 East Oldtown Road, died this morning in Sacred Heart Hospital where she had been a patient four weeks. Born in Cumberland, she was a daughter of the late Mr and Mrs Charles McDermott. Surviving are a son, Ralph Thuss, this city; three daughters, Mrs Christine Breakiron, city and Miss Mary Thuss and Mrs Bernadette Sapp, both of Baltimore: three brothers, Leo McDermott, city and Bernard and William McDermott, both of Williamsport, Pa: five sisters, Mrs Mary McKenzie, Mrs Margaret Brennan and Mrs Josephine Fuller, all of this city; Mrs Minnie Tichnell, Washington and Mrs Agnes Markwood, Winchester, Va, nine grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home tomorrow where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.

Thuss Funeral
A requiem mass for Mrs. Rose C. Thuss, 77, of 414 East Oldtown Road, who died yesterday in Sacred Heart Hospital, will be celebrated Monday at 9 a.m. at St Mary's Catholic Church. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. The body is at the Scarpelli Funeral Home where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
