Eldest daughter of George T. and Mary (White) Fulford.
Wife to Arthur Hardy and mother to at least four children: Arthur (1905-1969), Mary (1907-1930), Fulford Patrick (1911-1951), and Dorothy (1916-1974).

She carried out her father's plans for the Fulford Home for Aged and Indigent Women, and arranged for the Fulford Athletic Grounds to be donated for public sports and recreation. In 1920 she put up a picnic pavilion in St. Lawrence Park.
