Mrs. Della Mae Austin, formerly of 2810 Griffin Ave., passed away at a local hospital on July 18. Mrs. Austin had been a resident of this area for the past 30 years and until her illness was active in the Ashbury Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 22 at Mirabel Mortuary Chapel, with Rev. Galvan, assistant pastor at Ashbury Church, officiating. Miss Eleanor Kals was the soloist. Inurnment followed at Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Austin is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Martin Burke, residents of Lincoln Heights, and two sisters in Arizona.
