Carol Marie Pearson, age 76, of Sheboygan, died on Thursday, November 26, 2015 with her family at her side.
She was born in Sheboygan on August 3, 1939, the daughter of the late Erwin and Clara Hansen Glander. Carol attended St. Peter Claver School and graduated from Sheboygan Central High School in 1958. On July 10, 1971, she was united in marriage to Louis B. Pearson in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2009.
She was a bookkeeper at Levrence Shoe Company for 29 years and she also worked at Morrel Transfer, Dittrich Transfer and the Sheboygan Sun. She enjoyed baking, needlework and her trips to the casino. Carol also liked to spend time with her grandchildren and socialize with friends.
Survivors include her two daughters, Tammy Kautzer and Lisa Pearson, both of Sheboygan; two grandchildren, Nadia and Hayden Kautzer; a brother, Eugene (Kathy) Glander, of Random Lake; three sisters-in-law, Jeanie Glander, of Sheboygan Falls, Debbie Smith, of Florida, Sharon (Glenn) Schmidt, of Waupaca and her brothers-in-law, Richard Pearson, of Superior and Ronnie Pearson, of Minnesota. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son-in-law, J.D. Kautzer, her brother, Victor Glander and many other relatives.
Burial will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
