He was born in Church Point, LA and was the son of the late, Paul V. McBride, Sr. and Lucille McBride. He married the former Marguerite V. Rosson who preceded him in death on December 19, 2011.
Paul was employed by the Federal Government, and served in the U.S.Army during Korea. He attended St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church and was a member of the American Legion.
He is survived by a brother, Robert (Willow Dean) McBride of Church Point, LA; step-son, Donald (Carol) Rosson of Theodore, AL; five grandchildren, Donald Rosson, Jr., Megan Rosson, Melanie Rosson, Wesley Parker and James Parker; three great grandchildren, Wesley Parker, Jr. Gabe Parker and Donald Rosson, III, 8 nieces, one nephew.
In addition to his parents and wife, Paul was preceded by two sisters, Heneritte McBride and Clara Richard.
Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
