Jessie Alma Byrum, 72, died Dec. 24, 1991, in an Edenton hospital.
Mr. Byrum was born in Chowan County. He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church and had retired from Chowan Veneer Co. as a crane operator.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Parks Byrum; and a brother, Willie J. Byrum of Tyner.
The funeral will be conducted at 2p.m. Thursday in Center Hill Baptist Church by the Rev. Don English. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Williford-Barham Funeral Home, Edenton, is handling arrangements.
