TUMOR CAUSES DEATH OF MRS. CASSA WARD

Monroe, Wis., Nov. 18.-Mrs. Cassa Ward passed away at her home in Cadiz township after a two years illness. Death was due to tumor. She was born on the same farm on which she lived at the time of her death having resided there continuously for seventy-two years. She was born in Cadiz township on March 24 1843 and was 72 years of age. She was a daughter of John Springer, one of the early pioneers in that section. She is survived by her husband, Q. C. Ward,. She had no children.
