Mr. Agee was a native of Lawrence County and a member of East Colbert Church of Christ. He was retired from Reynolds Metals and he and his wife made many quilts for nursing home residents, newlyweds, anniversaries, new babies and burn outs. They shipped quilts over the world and donated quilts for different charities. He loved Alabama football.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Louise Agee, son, Haskel Agee, daughter, Helen Joan Agee, brothers, Rex and Silas Agee, sisters, Ardelia Chaney and Mary B. Terry and grandchildren Shelane and Jalisa Wright.

He is survived by his sons; Willie Agee, Sr. (Denice), Roger Agee (Gail); daughters, Judy Collier, Jane Butler, Kady Smith (Keith); daughter-in-law, Joan Agee; brother, Raymond Agee (Evelyn); fifteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and seven great great-grandchildren.
