Frank Xavier Rogers, 91, Kelby Court, died at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, at Christian Health Center of natural causes.
A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church with the Revs. Julio Barrera and Richard Meredith officiating.
Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-West.
A native of Summerville, Mass., he was born March 22, 1924, the son of the late Joseph John and Anna Madeiros Rogers.
He was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He was a retired Army veteran. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Eleanor A. Rogers; two sons; Francis Xavier (Jenny) Rogers Jr., Conway, Ark., and James Milton (Ann) Rogers, Fayetteville, N.C.; three daughters, Jane Louise Rogers, Jacksonville, N.C., Dorothy Jean (Scott) Martin, Lexington, and Elaine Marie (Corey) Bingham, Hopkinsville; 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
