Shirley Lou Kirkpatrick was born in Richland County, Ohio, born to Robert and Minnie (Arnold) Kirkpatrick. She lived her early life in the Richland Co. area, and married Robert L Kvochick in Angola IN. They had 3 children: Katherine Joanne on 2-3-1954, Robery Leroy Jr. on 4-10-1955, and Cynthia Lou on July 31, 1957. Shirley & Bob were divorced in 1961.
She then married Raymond F. Forney in 1964 and moved to Orrville OH. They raised Shirley's 3 children, and Raymond's 2 daughters Donna Jean (born 4-10-1950) and Rae Lynne (born 12-31-1960).
Shirley and Ray divorced in 1986. Shirley continued living in Orrville, now with her mother Minnie who moved from Bellville OH.
Shirley died January 29, 1992 from heart failure cause by COPD, at Massillon Community Hospital in Massillon OH.
Shirley is survived by children Katherine, Robert, Cindy, Rae Lynne, and Donna Jean. She was also survived by mother Minnie, and brother Virgil E. Kirkpatrick of Jeffersonville IN; grandchildren Michelle Long, Jarrod Long, Samantha Long, Michael Beam, Jeremiah Beam, Kyle Kvochick, Rebecca Kvochick, Mitchell Krugman, Nicole Krugman, Shilo Bennet and Robbie Bennet.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert, her sister Ruth Ann Kirkpatrick Ferguson.
Now to join her family, she will someday meet great-grandchildren Elora, Tyler and Bryse, Summer and Kaylee, Aiden and Allicia.
