Webb); DIMPLE DEE COOK, died at the age of 15 d; MILDRED TEMPLE COOK ROBERTS (m: William Brian Roberts); WILLIAM RAY COOK (m: Ethel Leona Coats); EARL CHALLIS COOK ,died young at the age of 9 y, 10 m, 27 ds; GRACE LILLIAN "GRACIE" COOK , died as an infant; MAGGIE ETHEL COOK RAY (m: John F. Ray); GUY F. COOK, died at the age of 2 y, 11 m, 30 ds; LAURA RUTH COOK SUTTON RILEY (m: 1st m: Bill Sutton; 2nd m: Edward Howard "Ed" Riley). Jesse's cause of death is listed as a Coronary Occlusion due to Arteriosclerosis with other significant conditions as Hypertension & Diabetes. He was 65 yrs, 03 mos, 09 ds old at the time of his death. Mrs. John Ray of Columbia, Mo., is listed as the informant on Missouri Death Certificate #26087.
