Virginia Lee Bradley, age 92, of Martin, KY, widow of Bernis Bradley, died Friday, February 24, 2017 at her residence. She was born November 23, 1924 in Martin, a daughter of the late Jamima Dingus Qualls and James Herold, and of step-father Benton V. Qualls. Virginia was a former cook in the Floyd County School System and member of the Harold Church of Christ.
She is survived by two brothers, Larry Qualls, Brooklyn, NY, Barry Qualls, Highland Park, NJ; two nieces: Julianne Perry, Paintsville, KY, Edna Bowling, Buckhorn, KY; two grand nieces: Bonita Compton, Martin, KY, Susan Compton, Long Branch, NJ; three nephews: Jimmy Ray Key, Allen, KY, Gary Key, Louisville, KY, Darrell Bradley, Langley, KY; three grand nephews: Zak Key, Allen, KY, Kenneth Bradley and Scott Bradley, both of Langley, KY; and two grand nieces: Kelly Ray Key, Allen, KY, and Darnella Bradley, Langley, KY.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Kathleen Cribbs.
Funeral service for Virginia Lee Bradley will be conducted Tuesday, February 28 at 11 am in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, with Roger "Buddy" Goble and Willie Meade officiating. Burial will follow in the Amanda Dingus Cemetery, Martin, with the Hall Funeral Home caring for those arrangements.
