Arthur R.. Sports MILLERSBURG Arthur Spotts, 60, of 361 Pine St. died yesterday in Polyclinic Medical Center, Harrisburg. He was a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel Steelton, with more than 30 years of service. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.

He was a charter member of Paul L. Spicher VFW Post 6443, Elizabethville, and a member of Steever R. Day American Legion Post 326. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Geraldine M. Spotts; two sons, Glenn A. of Millersburg and Dean at home; two brothers, Leroy E. of Minneapolis, and Robert L. of Gilmanton, N.H. and three sisters. Mrs. Naomi I. Rogers of Harrisburg. Mrs. Cordelia V. Nice of Elizabethville RD and Mrs. Grace M. Herb of Elizabethville. The funeral will be conducted Wednesday in Millersburg..
