Mr. Jerry M. Yates, age 69 of Bonifay, FL passed away November 23, 2015 at his home. He was born February 15, 1946 in Mobile, Alabama, to the late George C. Yates and Johnnie Payne Yates.
Mr. Yates is survived by his wife, Inez Yates of Bonifay, FL; a son, David Crutchfield and wife Lisa of Bonifay, FL; a daughter, Barbara Reeves and husband Neal of Bonifay, FL; five grandchildren, Brad Crutchfield, Justin Crutchfield, Heather Harrison and husband Tyler, Courtney Reeves, Lyndsey Stephens; two great-grandchildren, Seth Crutchfield, Madalyn Crutchfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Nathan Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Sellers Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
