She was born in Concord Township in Adams County Oct. 9, 1897, to Ezekiel and Saphronia Amen Wear. She married Orville Decker March 19, 1915, in Quincy. He died in June 1969.
She attended Hazel Bluffs School and was a housewife. She was a member of the Camp Point Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include one son, Bennie Decker of Quincy; one granddaughter, Mrs. Mary Kilgore of Madison, Wis.; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Clayton with the Rev. Irvin T. Beard in charge. Burial will be in the South Side Cemetery in Clayton. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
