Robin Doyle Morris was born March 31, 1941 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Virgil and Ruby (Meredith) Morris. He died November 24, 2015 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 74 years 7 months 24 days.
He was raised and attended school in Purcell. Robin was inducted into the United States Army on March 18, 1959 proudly serving his country before being honorably discharged on March 17, 1965. While he was in the Army, Robin married Shelby Fields in North Carolina. They made Lexington their home in 1974. Robin enjoyed fishing, watching Sooners Football and going to the casino.
Robin is proceeded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife, Shelby of the home; sons, Ron Morris and wife, Lesley of Lexington, Mike Morris and wife, Jan of Oregon, Jim Morris and wife, Susan of Moore; siblings, Ronald Morris and wife, Joyce of California, Michelle Skorstad and husband, Mike of California; grandchildren, Ryan and wife Amanda, Lucas, Michaela, Brandon and wife Candice, Sara, Stephanie and husband Mike, Emily; greatgrandchildren, Raylan, Adelyn, Talon, Liam and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services are scheduled for 3:00 PM, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
