Billie passed away surrounded by her family, she was born in Tampa, FL, and was 100% Seminole Indian, orphaned at a young age, joined the Navy, and finally ended up working for the USPS for 35 years. She loved making wooden toys, toy boxes and tole painting.
Her daughter Cristana Gage Bell predeceased her in death. Services are Friday, November 8, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Singing Hills Memorial Park.
