Born July 1, 1933 in St. James, MO. He was the son of Thomas Bernard Howard and Opal (nee Johnson) Howard Walker. He died on November 23, 2015 at Festus Manor in Festus, MO at the age of 82 years. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (nee Hesch) Howard, De Soto, MO; three sons, Arthur (Amor) Howard, South Carolina, Bruce (Tammy) Howard, De Soto, MO; and Curt Howard, De Soto, MO; ten grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Winifred Moore. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his retirement from National Lead Company he owned and operated Opal's Restaurant and Motel in Hillsboro. Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home
