NIANGUA - Jody A. McKeel, 92, a retired farmer of Niangua, died at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday in Cox Medical Center, Springfield, after a short illness.
He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Vesta Campbell, Grand Junction, Colo., Mrs. Gladys Hightower, Grovespring, and Mrs. Jewell Vestal, Niangua; two sons, Oral and Carlos, both of Niangua; one brother, Isaac, of Marshfield; one sister, Mrs. Nancy Scott, Marshfield; 10 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Amity Freewill Baptist Church. The Rev. D. S. Jones will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Barber-Edwards-Arthur of Marshfield.
