Born in Great Barrington, Mass., the son of Cornelius and Ada Fuller Worden, he was educated in Salisbury, Conn., and resided in Litchfield, Conn., for a number of years prior to moving to Stormville. He was a member of the Litchfield Episcopal Church. He married the late Edna Bailey.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dwight Brazee at Patterson and Mrs. Albert Brazee of North Salem; a sister, Mrs. Harold Fisher of Maine, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Auchmoody Funeral Home in Fishkill. Interment will be in Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7:30 to 9:30.
