Robert Worden, 63, a retired farmer, died at Vassar Hospital, Poughkeepsie, Wednesday (July 23, 1952). He had been ill for two years. He had recently been living in Patterson, moving there from Stormville where he resided for 12 years while employed on the Morgenthau estate.

Born in Great Barrington, Mass., the son of Cornelius and Ada Fuller Worden, he was educated in Salisbury, Conn., and resided in Litchfield, Conn., for a number of years prior to moving to Stormville. He was a member of the Litchfield Episcopal Church. He married the late Edna Bailey.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dwight Brazee at Patterson and Mrs. Albert Brazee of North Salem; a sister, Mrs. Harold Fisher of Maine, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Auchmoody Funeral Home in Fishkill. Interment will be in Fishkill Rural Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home tonight from 7:30 to 9:30.
