May 09, 1968 issue of the "News Journal-Morning News Edition" in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. Author: Betty Burroughs

This article mentions the following facts:
-Mrs. Marion B. Colburn, from Ellicott City, MD, a second cousin to Grace (Pruitt) Turner Stanton, wrote a "Letter to the Editor" of the newspaper in Wilmington, DE, asking for information about the Pruitt family on behalf of Grace.
-William Grover, (Bill), responded by calling Mrs. Colburn, followed by a call to Grace Stanton.
-Albert and Ella Pruitt are the parents of Grace, William Grover, Odella, Clifton, Claude and Carl Pruitt.
-Albert died in 1931.
-Ella was age 89 at time of article. -Grace was age 64 and lived in Greenville, SC with her husband, Pearson Stanton at the time of the article.
-The Pruitt's lived in Baltimore prior to moving to Delaware.
-Grace married Roy Turner and left Baltimore in 1922.
-Roy Turner died in 1924. They had one child together, a daughter, Mildred.
-Grace married Pearson Stanton of Greenville two years after the death of her first husband. (1926).
-Mildred married James Tinsley, and they had three grown children and two grandchildren.
-William Grover, (Bill), married Elsie. They lived at 713 Garnet Road, Gordy Estates, in Delaware at the time of the article. This is where the reunion took place.
-Ella lived with her son, Claude, in Penrose Manor.
