Terri Erlene Byrd, 56, a resident of Mount Vernon, Alabama, passed away Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.

She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Terri drove a school bus for Mobile County Public Schools for many years. Terri loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Brady and Blanch Rivers.

Terri will be truly missed by all who knew her, especially her husband, Earl Byrd; daughter, Gloria (Joe) Dickinson; grandchildren, Madelyn and Josie; sisters, Cindy (Herman) Lofton, Glenda (Mack) Byrd, Sadie (Glen) Lofton, and Loreen (Tamara) Rivers; brothers, Brady Rivers, Jr. and Bryan (Kevelyn) Rivers; special friends, Dennis (Pam) Byrd, Barbara Sue (Ed) Byrd, Jennifer (Mickey) Reed, and Nancy (Steve) Snow.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 until the 11AM Mass of the Resurrection on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at St. Theresa Catholic Church with Reverend John Coghlan, celebrant.
